Rozewie Lighthouse
O miejscu
Poland's oldest working lighthouse (1822). An observation deck, panoramic views of the open Baltic Sea and a nature reserve at the foot of the cliff.
The Rozewie Lighthouse is the oldest still-working lighthouse on the Polish coast, in service since 1822. It stands atop the cliff at Cape Rozewie, where the shoreline shifts from cliffs to lowlands — the natural gateway to the Hel Peninsula. The observation deck opens onto a sweeping panorama of the open Baltic Sea, while a nature reserve at the foot of the cliff protects rare plant communities. Inside the lighthouse, the Maritime Lighthouse Museum brings the history of seafaring navigation to life.
