Our chef and the Mikroklimat philosophy
The menu at Mikroklimat Restaurant is a remarkable journey through modern Polish cuisine. Our chef shapes it with respect for the produce — seasonal vegetables, fish from local catches and fragrant herbs.
The name "Mikroklimat" is a tribute to the unique climate of the Hel Peninsula — a place where the sea, the sun and the wind create perfect conditions both for vegetables to ripen and for calm, mindful cooking.

Rozdział 02
Seaside cuisine — fresh fish and seafood
Baltic cod, herring and flounder — these fish reach our kitchen straight from local fishermen, always freshly caught. Alongside them, prawns, mussels and squid prepared with fragrant herbs, butter, white wine and garlic.
Beside the fish, the menu offers modern takes on the classics: breaded pork schnitzel with dill purée, roast duck with red cabbage and orange sauce, homemade dumplings, mushroom risotto and our signature burgers.

Rozdział 03
Breakfast with a view of the bay
We begin the day with a buffet of hot and cold dishes, vegetarian and vegan options, fresh bread from a local bakery, homemade preserves, eggs cooked several ways, matured cheeses and fresh fruit.
Breakfast is served in a room overlooking Puck Bay, which at this hour is at its most serene.

Rozdział 04
The summer terrace and evenings at sunset
In season we invite you onto the terrace to watch the sun set over the bay. In the evening our chef offers dishes from the grill and fresh fish, while the bar serves signature cocktails and wines from a list chosen especially to complement seaside cuisine.
It is the perfect spot for dinner for two, a get-together with friends or a family celebration of a summer evening.

Rozdział 05
Children, groups and family gatherings
We have created a special menu for children up to the age of 10 — classics in child-friendly portions, with high chairs and accessories available on request for the youngest guests. Groups of more than 10 require advance booking and are served with a 10% service charge.
Birthdays, christenings, family gatherings, smaller corporate events — we will help you compose the menu and set up the room so that your occasion turns out exactly as you imagined it.
