Chałupy is the mecca of Polish kitesurfing and windsurfing. The shallow waters of Puck Bay with their sandy bottom, steady thermal winds and short distance to shore create ideal conditions for beginners and seasoned riders alike. Several professional schools operate on the bay-side beach, offering courses (from a few hours to full training programmes), equipment rental and dedicated zones for season residents. The season runs from May to October. Meridian guests can reach every school within a few minutes' walk of the hotel.
