About the package
A family winter break on the Bay of Puck: a breakfast buffet in the morning, warming soup and a walk along the winter beach at midday, the pool and kids’ activities in the afternoon, and dinner in the evening with no cooking and no dishes.
The package is valid for stays from 15 January to 28 February 2027, minimum 3 nights, arriving on any day.

Cancellation terms
1. The prepayment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or not used.
2. If you change your dates at least 30 days before the planned arrival, the prepayment is transferred to the new dates.
3. If a stay is cut short after it has started, its cost does not change.
4. Paying the prepayment means accepting these terms.

Winter break at Hotel Meridian
How much do children pay in the Winter Break package?
Children under 4 – FREE (they sleep in the parents’ bed, without a separate bed or meals; a free travel cot on request). The first child aged 4–13 – FREE, the second – PLN 260 per night, the third – FREE. For children aged 4–13 the price includes an extra bed, breakfast and dinner. Guests aged 14 and over on an extra bed – PLN 350 per night.
Which room should we choose with children?
The Standard room is for 2 adults (+ a child under 4). With children aged 4–13 choose a Superior room or above, and with three children an Amber, Aura, Navis or Vela apartment. Once you enter the children’s ages, the booking system shows only the rooms that fit your family.
When is the package valid and for how many nights?
From 15 January to 28 February 2027, i.e. all three rounds of the Polish winter school holidays. You can arrive on any day; the minimum stay is 3 nights.
What is included in the package?
Accommodation, a daily breakfast buffet (8:00–10:00), dinner (17:00–19:00) and warming soup (13:00–15:00) at Mikroklimat restaurant, a one-time hot chocolate voucher for every child, kids’ activities according to the schedule and 1 parking space. Is parking free?
Yes, in the Winter Break package 1 parking space is FREE, subject to availability. Please book it before arrival: tel. +48 58 674 19 01.
Is there a cot for a baby?
Yes, on request we will prepare a free travel cot, and a baby bath is also available. Let us know when booking.
What are the prepayment and cancellation terms?
When booking you pay 40% of the stay, the balance on arrival. The prepayment is non-refundable. If you change your dates at least 30 days before arrival, the prepayment is transferred to the new dates.
What can we do with children nearby in winter?
Nearby: the Seal Sanctuary in Hel (seal feeding at 11:00 and 14:00), the Fishing Museum in Hel, and in Gdynia the Gdynia Aquarium and the Experyment Science Centre. Plus walks along the winter beach and dunes. Tickets are paid separately and are not included in the package; please check opening hours before you go.
