Offer terms

- strictly limited offer — valid until the room allocation runs out
- 40% prepayment, the balance payable on arrival
Special cancellation terms
1. If the stay is cancelled at least 30 days before the planned arrival date, the prepayment is refunded in full.
2. If the cancellation is made later than 30 days before the planned arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable but can be converted into a value voucher valid for 3 months.
3. One change of the booking dates is allowed, no later than 3 days before the planned arrival date, without losing the deposit.
4. Shortening the booked stay does not change its cost.
5. The remaining balance is charged on the day of arrival.
6. Paying the deposit constitutes acceptance of the above terms.

Children policy
One child up to 4 years old stays free of charge when sleeping in the parents' bed. An extra bed for a child over 4 is available for an additional fee.
Pet policy
Small dogs up to 5 kg are welcome. A surcharge applies:
- October to end of May — 100 zł/night
- June to end of September — 150 zł/night
